DAY 1 : New Jalpaiguri Railway Station(NJP)/Bagdogra Airport(IXB) – Gangtok (130 km/4 hrs drive)

Welcome to Siliguri! Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport, enjoy a scenic drive to Gangtok. En route, make a stop at Kalimpong and get a chance to experience the thrill of Teesta River rafting, known for its gushing rapids and breathtaking Himalayan surroundings (at your own expense). Continue through winding mountain roads to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. Once you arrive, check into your hotel and enjoy your comfortable overnight stay in the heart of Sikkim!

DAY 2 : Gangtok City Tour

Today, gear up for a scenic sightseeing tour of Gangtok. Begin at Tashi Viewpoint, where the snow-clad peaks of Mt. Kanchenjunga create a stunning backdrop. Next, pay your respects at the Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok, two hilltop temples offering amazing views of the city below. Also, dive into Sikkim’s heritage at the Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom and explore Tibetan culture at the Institute of Tibetology. Also, admire the 108 prayer wheels adorned at the iconic Dro-Dul Chorten Monastery.

DAY 3 : Gangtok – Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir

In the morning, set out for an unforgettable excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. En route, make a stop at Kyongnosla, known for its alpine vegetation & natural beauty. Continue to the Tsomgo Lake, a high-altitude wonder whose waters reflect changing hues with the seasons. Then, visit the revered Baba Mandir, dedicated to Baba Harbhajan Singh, a soldier-legend believed to guard the Himalayan borders even after his death. After an amazing time, get driven to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 4 : Gangtok – Transfer to Pelling | Enroute Sightseeing

Today, after check-out, embark on a scenic drive to Pelling, a Himalayan town. En route, make a stop at Ravangla to visit the Buddha Park, where the towering 130-foot Shakyamuni Buddha Statue stands amidst landscaped gardens. As you continue your journey, soak in the amazing views of the Kanchenjunga range, one of the world’s highest mountain peaks. Later, upon arrival in Pelling, check into your hotel and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay.

DAY 5 : Full Day Pelling Sightseeing

Start your day with a sightseeing tour of Pelling. Begin at the sacred Khecheopalri Lake, revered as a wish-fulfilling site. Next, visit the stunning Khecheopalri Monastery, followed by the Pemayangtse Monastery, one of Sikkim’s oldest and most important monasteries. Continue to the cascading Rimbi Waterfalls and the Darap Valley, a traditional village surrounded by rolling hills.
